The Armenian chess player Mher Hovhannisyan took the 7th place (5 points) among 100 participants in ENCI Limburg Open 2010 in Limburg, Netherlands. Armenian GM Tigran Gharamian (France) won the tournament (6 points out of 7).

GM Tigran Kotanjyan shared the 1st and 2nd with Merab Gagunashvili (Georgia, 7.5 points) in a chess tournament in Tbilisi. Kotanjyan won the second prize in the tie-break.  Levon Babujyan scored 7 points, David Arutiunian-6.5 points, Georgi Bagaturov, Khachatur Yeranyan, 6 points each, and Arsen Yeghiazaryan 5.5 points, the RA Chess Federation press service reports. Overall 191 players took part in the tournament.
