YEREVAN. – Armenia's accession to Eurasian Economic Union was not planned for Thursday, Deputy FM Sergey Manasaryan told reporters.

“We are holding meetings and discussions, and the result will be clear in the near future. The roadmap is implemented, the signing has not been suspended. There may be one or two issues and they are of technical character. The president said they could be solved in 1-2 days,” Manasaryan said.

The treaty on establishment of Eurasian Economic Union was signed by the leaders of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan in Astana on Thursday. President Serzh Sargsyan participated in the meeting of Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and offered to sign a treaty on Armenia's accession till June 15, 2014.
