YEREVAN. – Chairman of the Armenian public television council dismissed rumors saying the logo of 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide was plagiarized. 

Ruben Jangiryan noted that he had participated in the discussions on the logo and the proposed symbol of forget-me-not has a completely different content and meaning, rather than a foreign logo that was a basis for charges of plagiarism.

“External elements may be similar in many logos. But the idea differs significantly, and is clearly visible,” he assured. “I personally like it”.
