On March 11 the resident of Aragatsavan village illegally crossed the border with Turkey, but was caught by law enforcers and handed over to the Russian Federal Security Service border guards later in March, Pastinfo agency reported.
On the same day Yurik Avdoyan was handed over to Armenian national security service officers.
