YEREVAN. – The volume of gas imports from Iran increased by 25-30 percent, MP from ruling party said.
Artak Davtyan, MP from the Republican Party of Armenia, said Armenia is currently importing gas from Iran, too.
“Overpast 15 years, gas import from Iran has never exceeded 2 billion cubic meters. Gas imports from Gazprom declined, but imports from the Islamic Republic of Iran increased instead,” Davtyan said.
