YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 413.36/$1 in Armenia on Thursday, and this makes for an AMD 0.35 drop from Wednesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 562.79 (down by AMD 0.39), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.88 (up by AMD 0.13), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 693.45 (up by AMD 1.15), the Central Bank of Armenia press service informed.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 16,549.16, AMD 249.32, and AMD 18,898.14, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no foreign currency trading on Thursday.
