YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 413.08/$1 in Armenia on Friday, and this makes for an AMD 0.28 drop from Thursday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 562.66 (down by AMD 0.13), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.91 (up by AMD 0.03), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 694.26 (up by AMD 0.81), the Central Bank of Armenia press service informed.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 16,634.24 , AMD 249.81, and AMD 19,124.39, respectively.

Friday’s trading totaled USD 2.7 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The American national currency was asked and offered at AMD 412.75/$1 and AMD 413.25/$1, correspondingly.
