ALEPPO. – Another Armenian died as a result of shelling of the Armenian-populated districts of Aleppo, Syria. 

This time Garo Asdourian, who was born in 1982, lost his life from the terrorist shelling of the Armenian-populated Nor Kiugh (New Village, in Armenian) district, reported the Aleppo ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party press service.

To note, Maria Khacherian-Chilingarian, Levon, Chercheyan, Talin Minassian, Ani Mahserchian, and Ovsem Demirjian were wounded as a result of an earlier shelling of Nor Kiugh. 

Before the start of the bloody events in Syria, 60-70 thousand Armenians lived in the country, and more than half of them resided in Aleppo.
