YEREVAN. – The Armenian parliament on Monday observed a minute of silence to honor Karabakh war veteran Smbat Ayvazyan who passed away on the night of June 9.
Ayvazyan, participant of Karabakh war and former National Assemnly member, passed away after a long illness in one of the hospitals of Paris.
