YEREVAN. – The four non-coalition parliamentary forces will introduce a draft bill on opposition, head of Heritage parliamentary group Ruben Hakobyan said after a meeting of political forces on Monday.
Such bills are functioning in other states, and are rather successful, Hakobyan told reporters on Monday.
“They help to create an effective system of counterbalance necessary for successful operation of democratic institutions,” Hakobyan emphasized.
He recalled that other demands will be introduced to public and government on Tuesday.
Earlier, representatives of the four parties expressed the need for providing opposition with tools of control over authorities' actions, including the right to nominate the head of Control Chamber.
