YEREVAN. – An Armenian soldier on Wednesday sustained a fatal gunshot wound at a combat post of a military unit of Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army located in the northern direction.
Derenik Manukyan, 20, was fatally wounded in unclear circumstances, the NKR Defense Army reported.
The Defense Army shares the pain of loss and extends condolences to the family and friends of Derenik Manukyan.
An investigation has been launched.
