STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on Saturday posthumously awarding commander of the rifle battalion of the NKR Defense Army.
Lieutenant colonel Garik Balayan was awarded “For Courage” medal for bravery shown while defending the NKR state border.
