YEREVAN. – OSCE monitoring was conducted on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan on Tuesday.
The monitoring was held in the direction of Kirants village of Armenia's Tavush region and adjacent village of Mezem in Gazakh region of Azerbaijan.
A visual communication was established between the monitoring teams from a distance of 1,160 meters.
From the Armenian side, the monitoring was carried out by field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office. Yevgeni Sharov and Irji Aberle.
From the opposite side of theborder the monitoring was conducted by field assistant Khristo Khristov and staff member of the Office Peter Svedberg.
