YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has designated Armenia’s Ambassador to Romania Hamlet Gasparyan also as Armenia’s Ambassador to Montenegro.

“Guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, I [hereby] decide to appoint Hamlet Gasparyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Romania, concurrently as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Montenegro ([diplomatic] residence: Bucharest),” President Sargsyan’s respective decree specifically reads.
