YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 410.61/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday, a 0.9 point fall as compared with Tuesday. 

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 556.62 (up by AMD 1.39), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.86 (up by AMD 0.03), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 695.57 (down by AMD 2.93), the Central Bank of Armenia press service informed.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 16,732.8, AMD 258.09, and AMD 18,838.42, respectively.

The sales totaled $3.6 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 409.97/$1, and the trading session closed at AMD 409.8/$1.
