Armenia’s Noyemberyan Police Department on Thursday received a report from the Police General Department of Investigation.
Accordingly, Vahagn V. had crossed the Armenian state border, on May 11, 2013 and again on August 26 of the same year, without the required documents and proper authorization, from Bagratashen village, and through the Debed River.
On May 31, 2014, a criminal case was opened in connection with this incident.
An investigation is launched.
