YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan’s recent visit to the Russian Federation (RF) brought no clarity to the dates for the signing of Armenia’s Eurasian Economic Union (EaEU) accession treaty, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reported.

“In a briefing with journalists before leaving for RF, Abrahamyan had stated: ‘I will meet with the Russian PM, we will become a member [in the EaEU] and complete all of our arrangements.’

“The official information disseminated as a result of the meetings, however, it is impossible to understand whether or not during the meeting Hovik Abrahamyan and [RF PM] Dmitry Medvedev have clarified the deadlines,” Haykakan Zhamanak wrote.
