YEREVAN. – The size of military pension, provided to the families of servicemen with disabilities and families having dead soldiers, will increase by 10-15 percent starting from August 1, representative of Socials Affairs Ministry Smbat Saiyan told reporters.

According to him, the amount of premium payments provided to the family of a soldier who died while performing his duty, instead of the previously 26,000 drams will make 31,000 drams.

“And in the case of a minor child, instead of 33,000 drams, they will be able to get 38,000,” he added.

Starting from August, the funds allocated from the budget will amount to around 600 million drams.
