YEREVAN. – Attention and care about the families of those killed and injured in Karabakh must be in the focus of the government, Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said during government's meeting on Thursday.

Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan offered to observe a minute of silence to commemorate the perished heroes.

“The Armenian government and the Armenian nation mourn the deaths,” he noted.

He said the killed heroes gave an adequate response to Azerbaijan's aggression and suppressed all reconnaissance attempts.

The Armenian side lost seven soldiers during escalation on the border. They were posthumously awarded by the presidents of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.
