YEREVAN. – Resident of border Chinari village Karen Petrosyan crossed Armenia-Azerbaijan border by his own, a source told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The sources suggest that Karen studied only three years at school and has mental problems.
As reported earlier, 32-year-old Karen Petrosyan appeared in the territory of Azerbaijan. There is no official information about the incident.
