YEREVAN. – A deal on compliance with the points of the 1994 ceasefire agreement may be reached during the possible trilateral meeting of the Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia in Sochi, haed of ruling faction Vahram Baghdasaryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

However, the point is whether Azerbaijani leader will keep his promise.

“Duirng many years he never kept his promoses and tried to create an impression that the Armenian sides are to blame. This may continue very long,” he said. 

The key issue during the possible trilateral meeting must be a problem with recent escalation and violation of ceasefire in the Karabakh conflict zone.

“I think that a trilateral meeting may yield a result, but the Azerbaijani side would have to keep its promise,” he resumed.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin is expected to hold separate meetings with Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev in Sochi. A trilateral meeting of presidents may be held.
