Lawyer of Armenian-Russian businessman Levon Hayrapetyan will apply to investigation department with a request to allow his client attend a church.

“In the near future the application will go to the investigator. We will apply for the possibility of visiting priests, because Levon Hayrapetyan is a very religious man,” lawyer Samvel Karakhanyan told Izvestiya newspaper.

Last week a Moscow district court commuted the restraining order for well-known and jailed Russian-Armenian businessman Levon Hayrapetyan to house arrest.
