YEREVAN. – Arsen Khojoyan, the Armenian citizen who has returned from captivity in Azerbaijan, will be discharged from hospital on Friday.

Karen Babayan, the Director at the Scientific-Medical Center of Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Diseases of Armenia, told the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Babayan noted that Khojoyan had suffered from other skin disorders, but he received treatment, and now he is in stable condition.    

The repatriated Armenian captive was admitted to this hospital on August 30, too, and diagnosed with vulgar psoriasis. He was discharged from hospital on September 12, but a week later, he had felt ill again and readmitted to the hospital.  

Arsen Khojoyan, a 23-year-old resident of Verin Karmiraghbyur village of Armenia’s Tavush Region, had crossed the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and taken prisoner on March 7. With mediation by the International Committee of the Red Cross, however, Khojoyan was repatriated on April 10. But he complains of physical and psychological health issues ever since his return from captivity.
