YEREVAN. – A bastard committing mass killing in Gyumri must be punished under international treaties and legal norms,Vice Speaker of the Armenian parliament, a spokesman for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Edward Sharmazanov told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“I condemn vandalism and share the view that a bastard has no nationality. There is no nation and society with no bastards. I do urge citizens not to give an ethnic coloring to this tragedy, it is unacceptable. Armenian and Russian people are linked by century-old friendship, and this tragedy should not be a reason for the split,” Sharmazanov said.
