STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh) President Bako Sahakyan has signed a decree.
Accordingly, Jivan Harutyunyan has been appointed Deputy Head of the NKR Civil Service Council, and for a six-year term, informed the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
And in accordance with another presidential decree signed on the same day, Marat Sargsyan has been appointed member of the NKR Civil Service Council, and until February 14, 2020.
