YEREVAN. – The European Union (EU) is assisting Armenia in integrating into the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), along the lines of which the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia on Thursday organized an informative event.

The event was held on the last day of the three-day training courses, with participation by three experts from the EU, and for the staff of the institutions of higher education in Armenia.

The training courses were conducted within the framework of an EU-supported two-year twinning program, which comprises around sixty international experts from Finland, Germany, and Estonia.

Similar training courses will be conducted in the coming months in capital city Yerevan and other regions in Armenia. These courses are a part of designing a new Armenian law consistent with the principles of the Bologna Process.
