The resolution to be discussed in the European Parliament tomorrow will honor the memory of the Christian Armenians murdered because of their being Christians and Armenians, Vice-President of the European Parliament Ryszard Czarnecki told Armenian News – NEWS.am.

According to him, the European Parliament will be right in remembering those victims. “Even now Christians are still being killed in different corners of the world,” the Vice-President said.

The European Parliament will discuss the question of the Armenian Genocide on Wednesday during its plenary session. Debates on the subject of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide will take place in the second half of the plenary session. MPs will carry out debates and voting for the resolution.
