The Kurdistan Worker’s Party (PKK) claimed responsibility for a blast in Kirkuk-Ceyhan oil pipeline, Firat reported.
The PKK press service stated no civilians were killed in the attack, noting that they blocked traffic near the pipeline to avoid casualties.
PKK also responded to the reports by Turkish press saying two people were killed in the attack. According to the PKK statement, they spared no effort to avoid fatalities, whereas the mentioned two people were killed in a car accident.
