YEREVAN. - Shareholder of Armenia’s Ucom internet operator was allowed to put 30% share on collateral. The decision was approved by Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) Wednesday.

Company shareholder Aram Khachatryan received a permission to put 30 out of 41% shares on collateral.

Ucom is one of the largest internet providers in Armenia. On July 22, the French telecommunication company announced about the sale of its subsidiary Orange Armenia to Ucom.
