The western countries realize that their efforts cannot make Turkey ratify the Armenian-Turkish protocols, thus Armenia is trying to find new ways to ensure its security, said Karen Bekaryan, the President of European Integration NGO, commenting on prolongation of Russia’s presence in Armenia.
