STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Monday signed a decree on awarding the Medal for Gratitude to renowned Russian writer and Armenian Studies specialist Kim Bakshi.

The said medal is awarded to Bakhshi in recognition of his substantial contribution to the popularization of the Artsakh cultural heritage, and in connection with his 85th birth anniversary.
