YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan’s aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh was accompanied with gross violations of the human rights and International Humanitarian Law, Armenian Foreign Minister tweeted.

The Foreign Ministry recalls that during Azerbaijan’s aggression 12-year-old Vaghinak Grigoryan was killed in armed forces shelling which is violation of Article 38 of the Convention on the Rights of the Children (states Parties undertake to respect and to ensure respect for rules of international humanitarian law applicable to them in armed conflicts which are relevant to the child).

Two other children were wounded in fire by the Azerbaijani side, while school in Martakert was considerably damaged.
