YEREVAN. - Russia grossly violates the international norms by selling arms to the aggressive state of Azerbaijan.

Lieutenant-General Norat Ter-Grigoryants, who is an Armenian political and military figure, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am.  

In his words, Russia sells arms to the state which uses exactly those arms to kill the Armenian people who support Russia.  

“The policy of the Russian Federation is simply incomprehensible. I don’t accept this policy and I’m surprised at it. If they don’t want the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) to include Armenia, which is the key defender of Russia from NATO in the south, let them say that they don’t need Armenia. Why should Armenia be friends with a country which sells weapons to its adversary?” Ter-Grigoryants said.
