A New York chef produced a unique dessert in the form of a large drop of rain (Raindrop Cake). The dainty has no calories and is made of a combination of mineral water and agar - agar (a vegan substitute for gelatin), reports Kedem.

Despite the fact that the dessert holds its shape, it still has a water texture and its mild taste, says Darren Wong. The Raindrop Cake is served with two kinds of side dishes - kinako (flour made from roasted soybeans) and syrup which looks like a molasses. According to the chef, his dessert is a result of a unique work experience with delicatessen products, as there are a few dishes that enable multiple senses while being used.
