The level of social integration of Muslims in France is not high, says the analyst Hayk Kocharyan in an interview, referring to July 14 terrorist attack in Nice.

According to him, there are several reasons that make France a target of terrorists. "Firstly, France has a very large Muslim population , and a large number of migrants. Secondly, in terms of control there in not enough work being done , therefore,  it becomes easier to carry out attacks.  In addition , due to complicated bureaucratic processes, often the state couldn’t prevent the actions of  terrorists or of those who appear in that network . "

Kocharyan noted that while observing previous  major terrorist attacks in France one can notice that the terrorists appeared  in the focus of the police , but they were left out of further examinations due to bureaucratic protractions.

"But we should not think that only France is under a threat.  Any country can become a target of terrorism.  However, what is important here is the systematic and proper functioning of the security services of any country.  If one follows the news , one can  see that terrorist cells are revealed not only in France , " he said.

To the question if it can be inferred that there are more bureaucratic protractions in France than in other countries,  Hayk Kocharyan said: "In fact , the level of social integration in France is not high . The initiator of terrorism in Nice was a  French, who  lived in France for many years , but did not integrate . This means that people can live for several generations in that environment and do not integrate into the society, whereas other countries are working thoroughly in that direction . "

In the words of the analyst France , like other countries, wants to prevent terrorism , but, unfortunately,  it will take long to ensure systematisation among different institutions of the state.
