YEREVAN. – Participants of the action staged by “No to Plunder” movement abandoned the idea of marching to Erebuni district where a police station is seized.

After active pressure from police, the activists decided to walk down Northern Avenue.

The participants are chanting “Unity” (“Miatsum”), they are shouting that those who seized the police station are revolutionaries, not terrorists.

During the armed seizure of police headquarters, Colonel Arthur Vanoyan was killed and four police officers were wounded. The gunmen are holding hostages in police building.
