A Contact.az news agency survey shows that the majority of Azerbaijanis consider their ruling regime, the Aliyev family, to be the main threat for Azerbaijan.

According to an online poll, 126 Azerbaijanis regard the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as the main threat for Azerbaijan.

A total of 2,788 people, however, noted that the Azerbaijani ruling regime is the main threat for the country. 

Another 1,564 Azerbaijanis believe that corruption is the main threat.

Also, 54 people noted the Western countries as the main threat, another 416 Azerbaijanis—the Islamic fundamentalism, a total of 82 people deem the weak and divided Azerbaijani opposition to be the main threat for the country, whereas 810 people are apathetic.

A total of 5,943 Azerbaijanis took part in this online survey.
