Minutes ago a picket organized by the Armenian National Congress started near governmental guest house. Several hundreds of the ANC activists are chanting slogans and carrying “No to police terror” posters.
Forum for the Future of Democracy, organized by Council of Europe is being held in the governmental guest house.
Delegates participating in the forum are taking photos of the protestors and are communicating with them, NEWS.am correspondent reports.
