YEREVAN. – The owner of a Moscow-Yerevan bus that crashed in the south of Russia is Karen (Yura) Poghosyan, Armenian Transport Ministry reported.

Earlier the ministry said the bus was passengers on non-scheduled basis. According to preliminary reports, both drivers died in the crash.

The Vladikavkaz authorities informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that 32 people were injured in the crash, and five of them had died. There are four children among the affected. They also informed that most of the injured have been discharged from the hospitals of this Russian city, and solely nine are still hospitalized.  

The bus passengers that can be transported will be brought to Yerevan on board a plane of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A temporary shelter has been set up in the Cultural House of Beslan, for the passengers that do not need medical assistance.

A passenger bus, which was heading from Moscow to Yerevan, collided with a truck, on Friday at around 4:30am, on the Vladikavkaz-Beslan bypass.
