YEREVAN. - 11-year-old Liana Davtyan, who suffered injuries as a result of the accident involving the bus heading from Moscow to Yerevan, was heading to Voronezh for vacation with her mother and sister.  

Liana told Armenian News – NEWS.am that she remembers nothing about the accident, since she was sleeping then.

 “I woke up because of noise and felt a blow in my face, my chin,” the girl noted.

Liana, her mother and sister were met by the head of their family in Yerevan airport. The man told Armenian News – NEWS.am that his wife felt bad and was thus taken to hospital from the airport. His elder daughter also suffered injuries, but there is nothing dangerous.

As reported earlier, a passenger bus, which was heading from Moscow to Yerevan, collided with a truck, on Friday at around 4:30am, on the Vladikavkaz-Beslan bypass. As a result, five people, including the bus driver were killed, and another 27 sustained injuries.

26 passengers, who suffered injuries as a result of the bus crash, were transported to Armenia by the plane of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry.

According to list published by Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations, four Armenian citizens continue to remain in Vladikavkaz hospital.
