October 22 night, user nicknamed @oleynik_julia left message on her Twitter account, informing president of her 17th birthday. “Dmitry Anatolyevich, today is my birthday, congratulate me. I am Julia.”
“Happy Birthday! I wish you happiness!” Medvedev replied.
The girl was very happy. “Medvedev congratulated me on Twitter! It is fantastic,” she wrote.
