Demolition works of the refugee camp in the French city of Calais are about to come to an end, reports the BFMTV. As the mayor’s office informs, nothing will be left in the place of the largest spontaneous settlement of migrants. However, some refugees who managed to avoid displacement and resettlement in other shelters are still hiding in the former residence. As before, their main goal is to get to the UK.
