Head of the Strong Turkey Party (GTP) Tuna Beklevic famous for allegedly crossing the Armenian-Turkish border filed a lawsuit against Turkey’s prosecutor general.

He sued the prosecutor for violating 309 and 311 articles of Turkey’s criminal code, saying in his October 20 statement that the  prosecutor attempted to abandon the rules stipulated by the Constitution and to dissolve Turkish Grand National Assembly.

Back in 2006 Strong Turkey Party filed a lawsuit against the chief of the general staff.
