A group of teachers staged a protest outside the building of Azerbaijani Education Ministry on Friday, Yeni Müsavat reports.

The reason behind the teachers’ dissatisfaction was the closing of special educational inclusive program for children with special needs. The program was introduced in 2005, including in N 11 Middle School of Sumqayit city. As a result of closing this program, 25 pedagogues working in the school have remained without job.

The teachers complain of not being informed beforehand about closing the program at their school.
