Russian President Vladimir Putin met with UN Secretary General António Guterres, reports RIA Novosti. “We, being in constant contact with your predecessor, who is supposed to delegate his authorities to you in the coming year, hope to have the same constructive dialogue with you, "he said. Guterres, in his turn, said that Russia plays a critical role within the framework of the UN and other aspects of international relations.
