On November 20, NKR President Bako Sahakyan met members of the governing body of the Western USA Hnchakyan Social-Democratic Party led by its chairman Vazgen Khodanian in Los Angeles.

The same day the President also received members of the Central Committee of the Ramkavar Azatakan Party led by chairmen of the party's Western USA Regional committee Hakob Nazaryan.

Issues related to socioeconomic situation in the Artsakh Republic, regional developments as well as to the current stage and prospects of cooperation between Artsakh and Diaspora were discussed during the meeting.

Bako Sahakyan stressed an important role played by the traditional Armenian parties in the Diaspora and their support of Artsakh.   

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and other officials also took part in the meeting, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
