Sergei Movsisyan officially confirmed his joining the Armenian Chess Federation, Chess-News.ru reports.
Movsisian has been living in Czech Republic since 1994. He performed under Czech and Slovakian flags in international chess tournaments. At the moment, Movsisian ranks 23 in FIDE rating list (2718 points). According to the source, another top-level player joined the Armenian team, one of the strongest chess teams worldwide.
