Work to introduce compulsory medical insurance is under way in Armenia now, Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) Artur Javadyan told journalists Dec. 28.
However, the terms have not been specified.
According to Javadyan, car insurance has been one of the most important reforms this year. It is of high economic and social importance. The CBA Chairman promised that victims of car accidents will receive necessary compensations.
