At an enlarged meeting, January 10, Vardan Harutyunyan, Acting CEO, ArmRusgasprom CJSC, instructed the company divisions to present annual reports for 2010, particularly financial and economic indicators, gas-supply installation program performance, etc..

Vardan Haruyunyan also instructed the relevant divisions to present projects for 2011 and hold discussions. The meeting focused on financial discipline and cost optimization, as well as waste reduction measures.

V. Harutyunyan pointed out that the year 2010 is of special importance for the company, especially in the context of construction of the 5th power unit of Hrazdan thermal power plant. V. Harutyunyan stressed that full-scale implementation of the investment program requires studies of the energy export market.

As regards discipline, Harutyunyan pointed out that work to improve the quality of services is to be carried out this year.
