Armenia’s policy in 2010 to normalize the Armenian-Turkish relations was received with full understanding and support by the international community, says foreign ministry’s report summarizing 2010 activities.
According to foreign ministry officials, Turkey was not strong to honor its commitments and acted as an unreliable partner. Turkey not only failed to ratify the Armenian-Turkish protocols but has returned to language of preconditions.
Last April the Armenian leader decided to suspend ratification of the protocols not withdrawing from the process, the move which was supported by the world community.
